Guest cards

Students at universities or colleges in other countries or other cities in Sweden may buy a guest card (temporary membership) to get access to the student nations of Uppsala and their great range of activities. You can purchase this card at any of the nations, or at Kuratorskonventet’s Guest card expedition located at the bottom floor of the student union (Uppsala studentkår) building on Övre Slottsgatan 7.

In order to obtain a guest card, you need:

1) a valid Student ID card

2) a valid ID-card or passport

The Student ID card has to be valid during the entire period for your guest card, and it needs an expiry date not longer than a year from the time of purchase. If you do not have a Student ID card you can use a certificate from your home university confirming that you are studying the current semester combined with a valid photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license. If you want to pick up a guest card for a friend, photocopies of these documents are sufficient. However, the photocopies must be clearly readable. Photocopies can be e-mailed to gk@kuratorskonventet.se.

Remember to bring your credentials to the nations as well, since the guest card alone is not enough to be let in. Entrance fees at nations may apply.

summer guest cards

For summer we have a special summer guset card wich will be valid the entire summer. From 3 June - 30 August.

Price: 500 SEK.

The summer guest cards are only avalible to buy during said dates.
The same requirements applies for the summer guest cards as the usual ones.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR THE GUEST CARDS?

150 SEK for one week
225 SEK for two weeks
400 SEK for four weeks

You can only pay with card at Kuratorskonventet’s Guest card expedition at Övre Slottsgatan 7. We don’t do any refunds or copies, so please consider your guest card as a document of value.

valborg guest cards

As a student at a different college or university, you need to buy a valborg guest card in order to gain entrance to the student nations between April 25 and May 1. It is not possible to buy valborg guest cards at the moment.

Price valborg guest cards: 280 SEK
