Internationella konventet
Välkommen till det Internationella Konventet!
Varje termin anländer många internationella studenter till Uppsala — Erasmus, CIEE, masterstudenter, m.m. För att välkomna och ta hand om dessa på bästa sätt finns Internationella konventet (IK). Internationella konventet består av två internationella sekreterare från samtliga nationer, en ordförande, en vice ordförande samt en sekreterare.
Konventets uppgifter är enligt arbetsordningen att bland annat:
Verka för ett bra samarbete mellan nationernas internationella sekreterare.
Arrangera välkomstveckan för de internationella studenterna varje termin.
Arrangera välkomstgasquen (Internationella gasquen).

The International Committee (IK)
Welcome to the International Committee!
Each semester, more and more international students arrive to Uppsala—Erasmus, CIEE, master students, and more. The International Committee is here to welcome and take care of them properly.
The International Committee is composed of two international secretaries from each nation, a president, a vice president and a secretary.
We have a written regulation about what we do, which is, among other things, to:
Strive for good cooperation between the nations’ international secretaries.
Arrange the orientation week for international students each semester.
Arrange the International Gasque.
